The product offerings are great if your…

The product offerings are great if your store carries the items, but online ordering is horrendous. It takes orders forever to ship and I've gotten the wrong items on 3 out of 5 orders. I would shop here so much more if I could get my orders. They often don't respond to emails as well. When I call the person is always very nice, but I need my order.

HORRIBLE!!

HORRIBLE!!! Every time I place an order with blue mercury, something goes wrong. It’s takes forever to receive my orders and I don’t think I’m getting the real products, probably knock-offs. Their customer service reps are rude and not helpful. Buyer beware!

I spent two days trying to purchase a…

I spent two days trying to purchase a gift card on line and was not able to because there was some kind of fraud flag with my name or email or credit cards or pay pal. I spoke to people at customer service and offered to do a transaction over the phone. They said it just was not possible and referred me to the Hoboken store, so the gift card could be picked up by the recipient. After speaking to someone in Hoboken I was told they would get back to me with a solution. The call was returned 4 hours later with a voicemail that said, sorry we can't help you. You need to come to the store to purchase a gift card. Come on company, get your act together and figure out how to transact business. Ridiculous!!

Started shopping at Bluemercury in December 2021 since then I have gone back for numerous purchases as well as I even got a facial in what is four months time I had spent over $600 and received a $20 rewards when I redeemed my rewards I purchased two products both of them exceeding the price of my rewards the product was unused and clearly in sellable condition it was discounted and I was only given a small portion in return I don’t think that’s fair when the other product doubled the rewards in cost

Poor in store experience. Continue to have poor experience in…

Continue to have poor experience in Woodbury NY store. Because I know what products I want, I typically do not need assistance in product selection. Therefore within a few minutes, I am ready to check out. Usual bill is about $200 each visit. No samples ever given. The gift with purchase never seems to be available despite it being visible in the store. I’m told they are “reserved”. I’ve given this store and it’s employees several opportunities to redeem themselves. Lost cause. I will never shop there again.

Customer service never actually reads…

Customer service never actually reads your email - they just respond with some long boring template that doesn’t actually help you with your issue. Very inefficient and I feel like I wasted so much time trying to get an answer from them.

A HUGE SCAM!!!

I had ordered a dyson air wrap over weeks of searching in stores and online. When I found blue mercury, I was super excited that they had the dyson in stock, so I had ordered it. The order was around 600 dollars and I had paid for 2 day shipping. Now it has been around 3 weeks and when i am tracking the parcel it has been on “label created” for this whole time. I will flag this on paypal as a scam tomorrow instead of calling because their customer service is terrible! NEVER ORDER!

Bad in-store experience

Wow. I'm really glad I read these reviews first. I went into the store and they were so unhelpful and really kind of dismissive. They were out of the moisturizer and suggested I order it online. After reading about others' experiences, I will just find another product to try! Thank you everyone for posting before me.

I received one of the two products I ordered one week late (with 2 day express shipping). Abysmal customer service. Was lied to about the order already being shipped the first call. On the second call I was just told over and over they’d resend me emails I’d already received and read. Waited on hold for 5 minutes for a supervisor, told no supervisor was available at that time but they’d call me back, which never happened.
